Broker License ID: 350266Matthew Nicklin is a Real Estate Broker and Investor. He started investing in Residential Real Estate in 2011 and has grown his portfolio from there. Matthew has helped many investors and owner-occupant home buyers find the right property for their needs. He has also helped many investors turn their property into a cash-flowing asset by taking over the property management and finding a quality tenant.
Matthew has invested in everything from buying and hold rentals to fix and flips. He has acquired these properties through retail sales, off-market sales, and foreclosures. He has experience in negotiating with retail sellers, distressed sellers, and financial institutions. He is very familiar with the foreclosure process in Georgia and the auction process on the courthouse steps.
Matthew attended Kennesaw State University and obtained a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management. He began his Real Agent Career at EGA Realty, then went on to open his own Real Estate Brokerage OneSource Real Estate. Matthew is a NARPM PRO member in good standing.

He was born and raised in Georgia and worked for his family-owned business leaving at the age of 20 to begin his career in property management. Seeing, being involved, and at times leading the process of building a self-sufficient business, he can teach the course on entrepreneurship and understands what all is involved in becoming successful at any endeavor. He exemplifies this with his non-stop 60+ hour work weeks and never back down attitude.
In his free time, Berenger enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, kayaking, and playing various instruments. He is a die-hard Dawgs fan and proves he doesn’t give up by supporting the Atlanta Braves since birth.
